Chelle Hendershot

For over 25 years, I've been working closely with kids and their families. Through this time, I've learned a lot about the problems families face and how tough it can be for them to solve them. One thing I've noticed is that when families start bringing lawyers into the picture, the situation often gets more heated and argumentative.

That's why I think mediation is a really good way to find solutions that work well for everyone, while also helping people talk things out more clearly. My main goal is to help people communicate better so they can figure out tough situations together, making sure everyone gets to have their say in what happens. Mediation helps people talk to each other directly, lets them control what's going on, and makes sure both sides are listened to, all without the big costs that come with going to court.



I also believe it's important to help parents work together in co-parenting. This focus is about making sure that, when kids are involved, decisions are made that are best for them. By helping parents cooperate, we can make a better and more supportive environment for the children.

I am dedicated to helping our community get better at using mediation to solve disputes and in using parenting coordination to help parents work together. I'm here to support anyone who wants to try working together to settle their disagreements, especially by helping parents work together for the sake of their families.
